KEY STAFF
Cottage by the Sea operates under a Board of Management with staff both in Queenscliff and in Camberwell (Melbourne).
The Cottage is located in Queenscliff and staff there include management, administration, camp leaders, catering, housekeeping and maintenance.
Management staff are responsible for the overall running, administration and promotion of CBTS as well as overseeing catering, housekeeping and maintenance. The Surry Hills staff are responsible for finance, administration and community relations.
