Cottage by the Sea operates under a Board of Management with staff both in Queenscliff and in Camberwell (Melbourne). The Board is entirely voluntary. It has overall responsibility for the administration, fundraising and service aspects of the organisation. The Board liaises closely with the General Manager – Tony Featherston.
Members of the Board of Management have a range of expertise relevant to the Cottage’s operations. Current Board members are Natalie Hickey, Bob Bellhouse, Michael Randall, David Wells, Chris Coakes, Narelle Sketcher, Dennis Smart. Michael Tsotsos retired from the Board in 2011.
